We stayed here on the final day of our tour of Poland, before catching our train to the airport to fly home. The location was perfect for us, being only a 10 minute walk to the railway station (from which to get the train to the airport) and in the heart of the old town. The hotel is old and full of character but the rooms are spacious, comfortable and have all the amenities one would expect from a better hotel (we had two televisions, a shower, bath and USB charging points). There was no bar in which to have a nightcap on returning from dinner but the hotel recommended one which was only a few doors along and that was fine too. Plenty of reasons to like, especially the friendly staff on reception.

Very good location to see old town krakow. Property is definitely old as it is 2nd hotel built in krakow, but updated nicely. Breakfast was great, location was great, no issues.

Great stay and the fan really came in handy during the heat. Room was well kept and tidy great space to fit all our stuff. Area was very handy for what we wanted to see and do in Krakow.

This is a lovely historic hotel in the middle of Old Town Krakow. The ambience is great, the breakfast was terrific, and the staff were very helpful and kind. When our Auschwitz tour was moved up several hours, causing us to miss breakfast, they were able to arrange to-go bags for us, which was a lifesaver.

I stayed four nights in a single room. Room was very small and carpet was stretched. Housekeeping people very nice. Breakfast is very good and worth the 60 zy as it was not included with my room. Best is location. Close to market square which is fabulous and has restaurants galore.

I will stay in this hotel every time I come to Krakow. So comfortable, and quiet. Perfectly located between the Old Town anf the Galeria. Steps to amazing restaurants. Hotel staff are pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is delicious. Perfection!

Love the Pollera - been a few times now. It's a bit outdated but adds to the charm. Will always be my choice of hotel in Krakow. Close to everything and staff are nice and friendly. However would love a fridge in the rooms :)

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great, although pricey breakfast. Perfectly located hotel, for walking distance to old town square and other attractions. Ten minutes away from main train station providing direct link to Kraków’s Airport, only 20 min away. Underrated, worth every penny.

Wonderful Pollera, Krakow

Fabulous stay in Krakow, Pollera Hotel. We had an apartment. Very spacious, clean and everything that we required. Location could not be better for easy access to the main square, trams, trains. Lots of restaurants. Breakfast was wonderful. All the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We will be back
