Il divano letto era ancora chiuso e quando lo abbiamo preparato ci siamo accorti che aveva un ferro sporgente per cui per uno di noi dormire è stata una sofferenza. Non c'è stato modo di farsi cambiare stanza o almeno ottenere la sostituzione del divano. Per ottenere i codici del check-in ho dovuto sollecitare 3 volte e i QR code per la colazione in un bar vicino (carino) erano sbagliati per due volte e per ottenere quelli corretti ho dovuto alzare la voce. 4 notti e niente pulizie. Ho messo 2 stelle perché la stanza al nostro arrivo era pulita e calda, il bagno appena ristrutturato e la posizione eccezionale. Non ci ritornerò certamente.
