Incredible view and everything brand new!

Brand new hotel, we’re fortunate enough to be arranged to a harbour view studio. Gym and rooftop BBQ place are one of the highlights we enjoyed very much. Only downside is the studio is incredibly small so with a small family is a bit of a stretch, they have a cot which is a big plus!

It was way beyond our expectations in many aspects: 1. Priceless ocean view 2. Clean and new all around 3. Great service front desk 4. Facility with huge work out room, good size swimming pool, beautifully appointed shared work space and shared kitchen. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Hong Kong for business or leisure. A five-star and 2 thumbs up experience.

The hotel is very well designed. Our suite was comfortable, clean, with modern functional design, and had a great view of the sea. Each floor has laundry facilities. There were cafes and bars within walking distance, MRT and buses were right by the hotel. The only down side was the services. Our room was scheduled to be clean every 3 days, but they did not clean our room on the 6th day, only changed our towels. The reception desk ignore my repeated requests for changing the broken coffee cups. There was no dishwasher in the unit, but the hotel also refused to provide any dish cleaning materials, even with request. The roof top bar close early at 10 pm, and also closed every Monday When the manager asked about our stay, I explained what we encountered, but he was genuinely not interested in any negative comments.
