It was great customer service, what I like and it was surprising, my flight was after my check out and they couldn’t give me extra hours to stay but they offered me to wait in the club with I wasn’t expecting to be that great. Also I arrived early and they let me check in early and upgraded my room free of charge. If I come back for sure this is my number one choice.

Hotel is in good location, but a bid outdated. The room was noisy, and tiny. We understand its Honk Kong, we did not expect anything big, the room size was ok, but bathroom was very small (my husband is 6ft 3 and fitting in the shower was difficult, ceilings were low) and now counter space. Service was ok, but could be better. For breakfast they should as room number before entering the restaurant, not at the table as it was a lot of people confused (forgot room #, we were not sure if they going to be charging us again and waiter did not know it was already prepaid).

Small rooms but good service

The hotel room was very small so it felt a bit crowded and hard to move around in. The bathroom door did not close. I hated the partial shower door. The bedroom door didn’t seem too soundproof; therefore, the hallway was really noisy. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful though. Convenient location and good price.

Unfortunately my boss who stayed your hotel for two days got a kind of bed bugs attack on his legs, even he paid more to stay at a junior suite type room. I hope it would be get better soon.

My best HK hotel so far!

Though the hotel exterior looked old, but I managed to get a newly renovated room and a kind upgrade from Bonnie Wong. Love the room a lot! Just a tiny wish to have an AirPlay or Screen Sharing option on TV would be wonderful. Thanks Sheraton for making my stay memorable!

Gern wieder in Hongkong

Schönes Hotel, weil es eine Top Lage hat. Zum letzten Mal scheint eine Renovierung erfolgt zu sein. Leider passtdie Atmosphäre des Frühstücks nicht zum restlichen Hotel. 2018 gab es noch ein kleines Frühstück in der Klublonge -das ist leider weg.

We had a great experience staying at the Sheraton. My young daughter was sick whilst staying there and they went above and beyond to assist us. They constantly kept checking up on us to make sure she was ok. The housekeeping staff were amazing too.
