Plantés par l'hÎtel !

Bien que notre rĂ©servation est Ă©tĂ© confirmĂ©e, plusieurs jours Ă  l'avance, lorsque nous nous sommes trouvĂ© devant l'hĂŽtel vers 19h00, le gĂ©rant nous a adressĂ© un texto pour nous dire qu'il ne pouvait pas nous hĂ©berger "suite Ă  un problĂšme avec le planning de la plateforme". Nous avons du trouver un autre hĂŽtel en urgence Ă  19h30... Certes nous avons Ă©tĂ© remboursĂ© en quelques jours, mais nous avons dĂ» faire 80 kilomĂštres pour trouver un autre Ă©tablissement qui puisse nous accueillir en urgence. Étonnamment ce soir lĂ  c'Ă©tait la fĂȘte du village, je pense que le gĂ©rant avait mieux Ă  faire que nous recevoir... Nous n'avons donc aucun avis sur l'Ă©tablissement, puisque nous n'avons pas pu rentrer Ă  l'intĂ©rieur. Par contre cette situation est inadmissible de la part d'un professionnel. Et je ne vous dĂ©cris pas la panique, pour nous et notre fille... Ni les frais occasionnĂ©s par la recherche d'un nouvel hĂŽtel, en urgence et en soirĂ©e !
