Apartment Mittelmühle in the Franconian Switzerland

two newly built apartments in the attic for 2 - 4 people. The apartments are identical and lovingly furnished. Each apartment has two bedrooms, each with two double beds (1.8 x 2.0 m or 1.4 x 2.0 m). Bed linen is provided.
The kitchen has a hob, oven and dishwasher. A coffee machine is also available.
The large-screen television has satellite channels. Wi-Fi can be used free of charge.
A toddler equipment can also be provided on request.
The bathroom has a shower. Towels and bath towels are provided free of charge.
Outside, you can have breakfast on a terrace.
The former mill building was completely renovated in 2019.

Idyllic!

Do you like peace, warm hospitality and the comforts of home? Mittelmühle is the place for you. Our stay was truly special thanks to the hosts Marion & Gerhart. They have lovingly restored this home; honoring it's history while updating it for comfort. We recommend this place highly!

Sehr schöne neuwertige moderne Wohnung, in der alles zu finden war was man braucht für kurze Aufenthalte. Liegt mittig zwischen Bayreuth und Bamberg, also für Städtetrips absolut richtig. Auf Grund der Zugangstreppe zu den Ferienwohnungen für Gehbehinderte nicht geeignet. Den krähenden Hahn am frühen Morgen muss man lieben, wahrscheinlich nicht für jeden etwas, wir fanden es ganz lustig. Einziger Kritikpunkt war das WLAN, die Verbindung brach ständig an unterschiedlichen Geräten nach einigen Minuten wieder ab, hier muss dringend Abhilfe geschaffen werden.

Die in der stilvoll restaurierten Mittelmühle gelegene Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet.und bestens ausgestattet. Alle Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten sind dabei sowohl sehr schön als auch sehr bequem. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Metzner war unkompliziert. Herzlichen Dank noch einmal an die Kostprobe ihres köstlichen selbstgebackenen Brotes und das Rezept.

Aufenthalt mit 4 Übernachtungen in Kotzendorf

Die Ferienwohnung ist superschön.Alles ist liebevoll und wertig eingerichtet.Man fühlst sich in dem kleinen Ort sehr wohl - super zum Entspannen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und gab uns gute Tipps.Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Perfekter Land-Kurzurlaub

Die Ferienwohnungen sind gemütlich und sauber, top ausgestattet und eingerichtet und die Lage in dem kleinen Dörfchen Kotzendorf eignet sich wunderbar, um die Fränkische Schweiz zu entdecken. Zwischen Bayreuth und Bamberg gelegen. Die Vermieterin ist sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Schicke, moderne Wohnung

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zu loben wären die Bäckerei im Nachbarort und die Brauereigaststätte in einem anderen Ortsteil.

Gemütliche Wohnung in ruhiger Umgebung

Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben. Ich habe eine gute Anfahrtbeschreibung erhalten. Es ist eine absolut ruhige Lage mit Blick auf Felder. Das Bett war bequem. Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Eingang, der über eine Metall-Wendeltreppe zu erreichen ist.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man als Familie braucht. Es gibt ein Ehebett und ein breites Kinderbett für 1Kind. Auf der Couch lässt sich ausnahmsweise auch schlafen.
