Rummet var stor kalt mörk och sliten. Badrummet är liten. Sängen är bra. Paminner mera om ett vandrarhem. Ingen hiss, långa trappor. Man måste vara i bra kondition för att bära väskan upp. Frukost är bara kalla plattor men det finns gott om olika mat. Personalen är mycket trevligt. Parkering är generös stor utan avgift . Om allt annat är fullbokat kommer jag gärna tillbaka.

Rummet och gästgiveriet var fint, man känner historiens vingslag men det allmänna intrycket var rörigt och stökigt. På punchverandan låg filtarna hulker om buller och i matsalen hängde eb uppblåsbar kaviartub i taket. Varför??

Gästgivargård med gedigen historia

Mycket smakfulla och vackra rum. Man slipper tv på rummet. Lugnt och tyst och mycket välstädat. Gästgivaregården har rötter från 1600 talet och deckarförfattaren Maria Lange skrev sin enda deckare i realistisk miljö på detta ställe. Ägaren är social och trevlig och underhåller en gärna med historier om hans erfarenheter av bland annat gåvotransporter till Ukraina.

En stor besvikelse

Vi hade räknat med kaffe och enkel mat att tillgå. Men det fanns ingen mat på plats och kaffet var pulverkaffe , men inget till. Ingen tv på rummet, som det var på bilden. Det fanns balkong, men den var inte tillgänglig. Då räcket var i så dåligt skick att ingen fick vara där ute. Vi kunde gå ut på baksidan , av huset. Men då blev vi utskällda av hundarna och det ville vi inte. Frukosten var mer än enkel, med tanke på priset av rummet, kunde man räknat med en riktig hotell frukost. Vi kommer inte att övernatta där någon mer gång, inte att rekommendera för någon. Inte ens för en natt, inte för det priset och dåliga servicen.

Lite Faulty Towers vibbar.Alla gemensamhets utrymmen inklusive terass och stor del av trädgård var ockuperad av de som drev "hotellet",En stor inhägnad för hundarna.Enda stället att sitta var en brygga nere vid ån.Ingen restarang finns.Frukost serverades i en rörig lokal som var låst övrig tid. Fungerar som övernattning.Prisklass för hög vid jämförelese.Inget "hotell"...mer B&B.
