40 km to the northeast from Kolari, lake Ylläsjärvi approx. 4 km, swimming beach approx. 4,5 km. 30,5 m² holiday apartment on the second floor, the house was built in 2019. There are living room/kitchen with a spreadable sofa bed,
bedroom (two separate beds), washroom/WC and sauna (electric sauna stove) in the apartment. The housing company has a shared storage space including a laundry room (washing machine and two drying cabinets) and a ski waxing table. These facilities can be used freely. In addition, there is a storage cage for each apartment. The cage can be used, for example, for storing fuelwood and skis.
