This is a beutiful property with great views of Mt Fuji, but most importantly is you get a friendly family like feeling from the staff. Super helpfull, courteous and friendly making you feel so welcome.

Lovely quirky hotel. It is quite basic but the rooms are clean (and have a great view of Mt Fuji!), and the communal lounge is great to hang out in. The staff are lovely and so helpful, the shuttle to and from the station was very helpful! Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Amazing staff attention. The hotel is an incredible experience if you want to know a little bit of the Japanese culture. Also de view from the hotel to the Fuji mount is wonderful.
