Not sure if my score should be a three or four. For positives, the location is good, near the main train station and the two rooms we saw were larger than Japanese “business hotels” we've stayed in. On the negative side,we saw two rooms because the queen room we were assigned had odd multiple platforms that struck us as dangerous, particularly because we were very tired after a long flight. We can easily understand how at least one reviewer could have been injured. We don’t know how many rooms have the platforms At our request, staff immediately assigned us a different room with no platforms. Unfortunately, both rooms had a musty smell.

Spotless room, nice AC unit, amenities readily available in the lobby or 4th floor. Very nice staff, they’re patient if you speak broken Japanese like I do. Free WiFi, nice hot shower, and the blankets were soft and warm. Thanks for the nice stay!

Staff was helpful with our check-in and luggage transfer. Hotel is walking distance to the train and bus stations, as well as several shops, restaurants, and konbini. The room is clean and well-maintained.

Very convenient located hotel. We've stayed only for one night and only thing we would like to improve is the bed that we were sleeping. Felt the mattress/bed was slightly tilted and leaning more towards one side.
