Beautiful location in the heart of the Black Forest

Nice modern apartment, well equiped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lovely view from the front seating area and close to a local guesthouse for food.

Lovely apartment

This is a wonderful spot for a quiet get away. The location is secluded and in a beautiful part of the Black Forest. We had five adults and one dog and there was plenty of room for a long weekend. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Any concerns we had were addressed promptly and we appreciated the helpfullness of Mrs. Weintraub. We hope to return one day!

Sommer 2024, 1 Woche mit 3 Erwachsenen u. Hund

Alles in Allen ein gut gepflegtes Haus, welches man Empfehlen kann. Wir bewohnten die kleine EG-Wohnung mit 3 Erwachsenen und einem Hund. Sehr ruhiges Haus, gute Aufteilung der Zimmer, Zimmer eher klein, freundliche und hilfsbereite Haushälterin, gute Kommunikation mit Vermieteten. Irritiert waren wir, als wir feststellten, dass sich die Aussenkamera nach unseren Bewegungen ausrichtete. Wir fühlten uns etwas beobachtet beim Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse und im Garten. Sinnvoll wäre noch, die Fenster mit einem Insektenschutz zu versehen. Dies würde eine große Erleichterung vor Allem Nachts bedeuten. Die Küche war sinnvoll ausgestattet, einzig an der Sauberkeit von Ablagen und dem Ofen könnte man Kritik äußern.

Erholung pur

Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute total wohl gefühlt. Die Betreuung durch Frau Trautwein war von An- bis Abreise perfekt. Hervorheben möchte ich die gute Ausstattung der Küche. Das Kochen hat Spaß gemacht. Die ruhige Lage ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt der Wohnung.

In the reviews of other guests, we noticed some complaints about the small size of the apartment, and the sizes of the rooms. For us, it was not an issue at all: it s well equiped, the ground floor also has a nice small garden (nice for a dog!), everything what we needed was there, nature around is phantastic, the welcome by the host was good, the place was well cleaned and tidy . We had a good stay with 3 children (10, 13, 15) and a dog.

Fotos versus Realität

Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und das Bad ist ausreichend groß. Ab hier scheiden sich die Geister - die Wohnung ist für 2 Senioren, die getrennt schlafen möchten, perfekt. Für 2 jüngere Paare für ein verlängertes Wochenende sicher auch ok. 2 Erwachsene und 2-4 Kinder kann ich mir auch gut vorstellen. Aber für 2 Paare ab 50 Jahren ist es nicht wirklich geeignet, vor allem nicht mit 2 Hunden. In einem Schlafzimmer muss man rückwärts aus dem Bett, weil neben dem Bett ca 20 Zentimeter Platz ist. In einem Schlafzimmer ist der Schrank für 2 Erwachsene ausreichend, im Kinderzimmer ist nichts zum aufhängen und in dem zweiten Zimmer ist zwar ein Teil um Wäsche aufzuhängen, aber die anderen Fächer sind für Personen >1,90 m. Insgesamt hat der Fotograf, wie bereits in einem anderen Kommentar erwähnt, sehr gut fotografiert, weil es viel kleiner in der Realität ist.

Ruhiger Urlaub in der Natur

Wir hatten 5 schöne Tage in der Casa Alma. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, immer erreichbar und steht’s bemüht, dass die Gäste sich wohl fühlen. Die Wohnung A befindet sich im EG und gerade im hinteren Teil ist es eher eine umgebaute Kellerwohnung. Eines der Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster. Der Wintergarten ist sehr schön, allerdings ist die Wohnung für 6 Personen schon sehr klein und eng. Schön ist, dass man eine kleine Terrasse mit Feuerschale/Grill hat und auch der Kamin bestückt ist, allerdings ist die Beschreibung Gartennutzung verwirrend, da außer der Terrasse und dem Parkplatz kein Garten vorhanden war. Das Haus liegt sehr abschieden, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc sind nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Ansonsten war an alles gedacht, von Kaminholz über Waschmittel und Geschirrspültaps war alles vorhanden. Es war ein schöner Urlaub, allerdings war uns für 4 Personen die Wohnung zu klein und auch nicht gerade preisgünstig.

Geweldig vakantiehuis

Wij verbleven als gezin in appartement A van dit vakantiehuis. De woning is van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles heel netjes en schoon. Een verwelkom drankje stond op tafel wat al een fijn gevoel geeft. De omgeving is prachtig. We hebben genoten en komen hier zeker nog een keertje terug.

Tolle Wohnung mit Gemütlichen Kamin und viel Platz

Wir haben unser Aufenthalt (2 Erwachsene, 1 Hund) in dieser Wohnung bestens genossen. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass im Sommer es mit der Sonnenterasse noch viel mehr spaß macht. Aber auch jetzt im Herbst war es sehr gemütlich Abends vor dem Kamin zu sitzen. Können diese Wohnung nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen

Kurztrip an den Belchen

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren in Wohnung A die sehr schön im EG liegt mit einer Terrasse und direktem Zugang zum Garten. Einzig dass das eines der beiden Schlafzimmer kein Fenster hat ist zu bemerken.
