Welcome to our beautiful chalet, offering the perfect blend of tranquility and a central location. Situated right on the edge of Kitzbühel's historic center, in summer, you’ll enjoy proximity to the golf course and a nearby lake—ideal for an active or relaxing holiday.

In winter, the ski lifts are easily accessible on foot, and the ski slope are also nearby. In summer, the Rasmushof Golf Club and scenic hiking trails are just steps away. Kitzbühel’s town center, with its array of restaurants, cafes, and shops, is only a five-minute walk.

With spacious 150 m², the chalet comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Two stylish bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom with a bath and shower offer a serene retreat, while the large kitchen and cozy living area are perfect for shared evenings after a day of adventure.

Where to start - I still don't fully understand who manages this chalet. It is apparently run by two large European operators - Belvilla and Safestay. I never felt like I knew who I was dealing with, who had responsibility and we had an issue where the heat was not working properly and it was never rectified. It's a beautiful structure and has incredible potential that is lost - for a small investment this chalet could be so much more.
