Situated close to terrific local eateries and the Kitty Hawk Woods Coastal Reserve, and only a mile or two from movies, putt-putt, local spas and fitness, grocery stores, you’ll feel right in the middle of everything!
The house boasts lots of natural light in the 3rd floor family room and a big corner lot with plenty of yard for games like volleyball and cornhole (boards and bags included.)

I just feel in love with this beach house. It has everything one might need and much more. Great communication with host. The only my regret was having to leave the island and beach house. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly on the island as well. It truly was an amazing time at beach house celebrating my girlfriend’s bachelorette getaway!

OBX Vacation

We had an amazing time staying at Our Happy Place rental. Loved the location, the pool/hot tub/rec room!!! Close to the beach, added a few extra beach chairs & cooler for future guests to enjoy. Owners quick to respond to questions & requests! Will stay here again in we head back to OBX.

The house was great, plenty of room for all 8 of us plus two dogs. Pool was nice when we needed a break from the beach.Public parking for the beach was just a minute away. Owner was helpful with answering any issues/questions we had.

Nice beach house

We enjoyed our stay for a holiday beach vacation. The location was perfect and the game room was a lot of fun. Then kitchen was very well stocked and there was a lot of space for everyone. This was a great get away in a nice neighborhood and close enough to the beach for our daily walks.
