pros:1.clean with all bath towels in sealed packages2.large deck, w hot tub & seating3. kitchen well-equipped, featuring plethora of cooking utensils, cookware, plastic dishes and utensils for little kids.4. laundry room had a cart for the beach w beach toys, chairs, and beach umbrella 5. had extra fridge in laundry room downstairs that was great for when your at the pool 6. outside pool area had plenty of pool toys/float and pool noodles7. staff was quick to respond to any questions we had as long as it was before 58.cute little houseCons:1. beds come with clean sheets and pillows but dont have comforters except for the room with bunk beds. im glad i had brought my own with me2. was a struggle trying to get into laundry room, for the record laundry room is the blue door in car port.3. no blender so bring one if you want to make drinks.4. beach towels not included.5. email given upon arrival and upon departure but doesnt have a lot of info, even the book in the house doesnt have alot of info. I wish they had given more info about local places to visit, beach access and location, also local stores.6. For those wondering how to get to the beach when facing in driveway facing house its on the left side down the road at the end of block and to the left with a nice wood walkway and wash station for sand.7. pet friendly but no area for pets outside8. no curtains on living room windows making it super creepy at night9. lookout stairs are super narrow and steep
