635 yards to beach access. This comfortable home is located on a quiet, no-thru street, and is situated next to a walking/bike path that considerably reduces the distance to the beach. A five-foot high privacy fence encloses a portion of the backyard which has a landscaped patio surrounding the private swimming pool and hot tub, and features a rock garden with steps leading to the lower level volleyball court.

Great room with cathedral ceiling and skylights, 50” flat screen CATV, DVD player, stereo, CD and tape player. 4 bedrooms, all with HD CATV (1 with Queen, private access to deck; 1 with Twins, 1 with Queen, 1 with Twins). 2 full baths with tub and shower.

The house was very clean, organized, and kept up with well. Lots of light comes into the house too, which is always a plus. We were happy to see just how much was provided in the house, and loved our welcome bag from souther shores realty. We would definitely return and recommend this property! Our dog loved the deck, especially the top deck. Thank again!
