Come unwind in our newly renovated Kinross Suite. This modern suite is cozy inside and out. Enjoy your morning sipping fresh coffee on the covered patio and evenings around the campfire after a busy day of exploring our beautiful island. Explore the outdoors and take a walk or bike ride on the Confederation trail which is only steps away from your front door.

Our kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay including complementary tea and coffee. Other cooking essentials such as salt, pepper, sugar and cooking oil will also be provided for your convenience. Basic soaps, paper towel, tinfoil, plastic wrap annd ziplock baggies are also provided.

Our bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, shampoo and conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper and basic cleaning supplies.

There is air conditioning provided in the main living area to keep your space nice and cool of hot summer days.

There is a smart tv in the living room which has Netflix and Disney+ accounts already logged in for your viewing.

This suite is situated on 2+ acres of fresh grass to run around. The property has a swing set with slide, a climbing dome and a large sandbox for kiddos to enjoy.

Enjoy some of the best beaches Prince Edward Island has to offer such as Basin Head with its amazing singing sand.

Our suite is located only 20 minutes from the Wood Islands Ferry Terminal, 15 minutes to Montague and 20 minutes to charlottetown.

Cozy Perfection

We stayed for six nights and had a wonderful experience. We loved the decor. The bed and sofa were comfortable. It had everything we needed and it was roomier than we expected from the pictures. Perfectly suitable for two adults and two kids. Highly recommended if you're looking for a foothold in PEI while you explore the island. 20 mins from Charlottetown, offers easy access to the central and eastern parts of the island.

Our stay at the Cozy Kinross Suite was above and beyond our expectations. Curtis and April were excellent hosts and extremely helpful and informative. The suite was very tastefully decorated and very well supplied with quality linens and everything that you might need in the kitchen. We would definitely recommend this accommodation for your stay in PEI.
