Lady at desk on check in gave good service. We were upstairs and had an enclosed shared large balcony which was great in colder weather. Walking distance to everywhere.

Was very dated with noisy aircon and broken shower door. No restaurant on site as in the advert. The lady in Reception was lovely and bed was comfortable but the whole area felt a little neglected unfortunately. Wasn’t as expected but the Crown in wasn’t too far of a walk and food was great.

Air con/heaters in the room need attention as the compressor sounds like it needs replacing or repair. Noisey apart from that it was. Very clean and tidy room with good amenities and service

Had a 1 night stopover while travelling the Ocean road. We arrived late but check in was very easy as the staff had communicated clear instructions to us after we informed them we would be arriving outside their office hours. The hotel was clean and tidy and parking was very good. The room was well proportioned and contained tea and coffe making facilities including a fridge which thoughtfully contained small cartons of milk for our use. There are a couple of nice cafes in short walking distance where we could get breakfast the next morning. The hotel is on the parade front on the seashore - nice for a pleasant stroll along to the Jaffa lighthouse. Would recommend the hotel for anyone needing a stopover in the area.

Good room, modern TV and clean facilities. Door lock was a bit dicky and felt a little unsercure, parking wasn't great and a little noisy from being right on the street. Staff super friendly and helpful, amazing close to the beach and park for the kids. Didn't get a chance to try the restaurant..... Great overnight stop which was all we needed. Would stay again
