The front desk crew and especially Diane.,? She did a great job of fixing my reservation issue with Expedia and got me the room and was cheerful throughout even with a line of people with the same issues she remained helpful. I highly recommend her for compensation, and I will stay there again because of her.

I booked this hotel for the convenience of included breakfast as it advertised on Expedia, but when I checked in I was told there is no breakfast and no explanation. The hotel condition is subpar, pretty dark lobby, bathroom sink with crevices, and a strange and strong smell in the lobby, hallway as well as in the room. AC/Heating unit is loud at night. The businesses, including restaurants, in the nearby places were all closed by 9pm, like a dead town.

This is a Super 8, so that is the quality you get. HOWEVER, the manager and staff are so friendly, helpful, welcoming, really doing a great job! It was because of the staff that when I decided to stay in the area two more nights, I stayed there. The location is also great.
