Great Location for local area and enjoying the riv

Great location right on the edge of the river, Kingsbridge is well positioned to visit the local area. Property is well maintained and equipped with everything you need. Just be aware the pub next can get busy at times. Overall great experience and accomodating host.

We had a wonderful visit and the location is superb. The house needed some fixing but none of the small issues really affected us but the sketchy internet was a problem. Hopefully they can improve that to make everything perfect. A truly lovely place.

Great Balcony Location

Fantastic stay at the Boathouse, with such an amazing prime balcony location overlooking he estuary enabling us to enjoy the views morning and evening - when the weather allowed! The house was very clean and well looked after. One minor thing to be aware of is, being next to the Crabshell Inn, the early morning supply delivery and bin collection lorry reversing warnings as they backed up right outside the downstairs bedroom, which cant be helped, other than that a very enjoyable stay.

We found the Boathouse had a lovely position by the water but it is beside a busy and sometimes noisy pub/ restaurant. The parking is tricky, you need to be a confident driver to reverse into the designated space past the tables of the pub. The interior decor is tired and needs updating, however, there is everything you need and we liked the upstairs room. We enjoyed our stay.
