This is the house we take our own kids to Tahoe for vacation! Newly renovated 2 bedroom 1 bath single family house in the center of Kings Beach. Ultra fast 500 Mbps WiFi. The house features a kids-centric room with bunk beds, crib and pack-n-play. Walking distance to Safeway and the Tahoe beach. 15 mins drive to major ski resorts (Northstar, Palisade, Diamond Peak, Mt Rose).

A sofa and two armchairs set the scene for relaxation in the living area. At night, light the gas fireplace and settle in to watch a movie on the smart TV.

Whip up favorite recipes in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring sleek stone countertops and an array of helpful appliances and gadgets.

Gather for mealtime around the six-person dining table.

=BED & BATH=:
Bedroom 1: A queen size bed.
Bedroom 2: A bunk bed with three beds (two twin size beds and a full size bed). A full size crib for toddler and younger kids. A pack-n-play (intended for <2 yrs old) is also provided.

=OUTDOOR AREA=:
We have a large backyard for snow playing in winter.

=PARKING=
Parking is available for two cars on the driveway. Street parking is NOT permitted.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi of 500 Mbps and an in-unit washer/dryer.

Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put all the used towels into the washing machine. Make sure there is nothing else in the washing machine.
Pack all of the trash in the trash bags and securely place them into the bear box at the driveway.
Unplug small electronics. Leave the living room thermostat on Heat position and set the temperature at 60F.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Do not unplug, tamper or damage the exterior security cameras. A fine of $500 will be imposed to any violations.
No street parking (or your cars may get towed). Maximum number of parked cars is 2 on driveway.
Late checkout fee: $40/hr. Smoking/weed/drug use penalty: $200 min. Party violation: $400 min

Very nice place, and nice neighbors. A suggestion for the owner: A few additional items at the house would be nice, such as ice trays, small portable fan to use in livingroom, screen on kitchen window, and a couple outdoor plastic chairs for deck/porch.
