This Home is a ranch with a 2nd story finished with 3 bedrooms on that story . Two timber framed additions. One A Massive master suite with 25 sq foot shower and toilet room with bidet. The other Timber frame addition a great room with warm lighting, fireplace and plenty of seating for the family. Expansive full dine in kitchen for a fantastic family meal experience.

Travel to and from our property is straightforward. We offer free parking on-site, ensuring a hassle-free arrival. The closest airport, Augusta Airport (AUG), is roughly a 2-hour drive. While public transport is not readily available in Kingfield, the area is best explored by car, allowing you to easily access local attractions, restaurants, and outdoor activities like those found at Sugarloaf Mountain. Please note: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Free parking is available on-site in the long driveway. Pets are welcome, but charges may apply.
