House Rules:
Smoke-Free Property
- This home and property are entirely smoke-free. Smoking or vaping on the premises is strictly prohibited. If evidence of smoking or vaping is found, including odor, a $300 fine will be imposed.
Parking
- Please park in specified areas. Do not block driveways or park on the lawn.
Remote Controls
- Please ensure all remotes are left at the property. A $25 fee will be charged for any missing remotes after your stay.
Grill Use
- Guests are welcome to use the grill during their stay. Please clean the grill after use and before checkout. If the grill is left excessively dirty and requires additional cleaning by our team, a grill cleaning fee up to $35 will be charged.
Consumables
- We provide a starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and coffee. If these supplies are insufficient, please purchase additional items at any nearby store.
Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of the neighbors during these times.
No Pets
- Pets are not allowed at this property. If evidence of pets is found, a $300 fine will be imposed.
Age Requirement
- The primary renter must be at least 21 years old and must be present throughout the stay. No reservations will be accepted for guests under the age of 21.
Parties
- Parties are not allowed on the premises.
Cleaning Fees
- Excessive Cleaning: A fee may be charged if the property requires cleaning beyond normal wear and tear. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Stained or damaged linens
- Excessive trash or leftover food removal
- Significant cleaning beyond standard turnover cleaning
- Any excessive cleaning fee will be determined based on the extent of the cleaning required.
Biohazard Cleaning
- Our standard cleaning fee covers normal turnover cleaning after a stay. If bodily fluids (including blood, vomit, urine, or feces) are present in the home or on linens, furniture, or other items, an additional biohazard cleaning fee may be charged. These situations require specialized cleaning beyond standard turnover, and fees are based on the actual cost incurred.
Long-Term Stays
- For bookings exceeding 2 weeks, an inspection and a mid-stay cleaning will be required at your expense.
Security
- Please lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
