2/10 Terrible

This place was such a headache. The 1st night the heater in the living room wasn’t working. (The fireplace has a tag that it’s been out of service since 5/1/26, but they have a fireplace in listed as an amenity.) I texted The Killington Group about the heater and got their automated response. In the morning I got an automated text that if I encounter any issues or need assistance to respond to that text. I reiterated the heater issue, but got no response. I called their office, they said they would relay the message to the person on call, and if I don’t hear anything in 15 minutes to call back. I didn’t get a call, called back, again they said they’d relay. Then I got a call, he said he’d reached out but had misdialed. He said someone would be out soon to check on it, and Amy was there in minutes and was very helpful. The dials to turn on the heaters in the living room were covered by locked boxes (why?) that she removed. This morning I heard loud construction noise, I thought in the condo upstairs but when I took the trash out I saw that they were tearing up the walkway outside of the condo (the only way to enter/exit the condo). I had to yell to ask them to stop work so I could get by. One said that if I was renting from The Killington Group I was notified, I definitely was not notified. Thankfully I can carry my suitcase, with the walkway being torn up I couldn’t have wheeled it when I left. There are so many places to stay, I would recommend anywhere but this place.
