Nestled in a private and tranquil setting with spectacular ocean views, Villa Serena combines the graceful forms of classic Mediterranean architecture with beautifully appointed interiors providing an ultimate holiday experience. Gentle curves define the fluid layout across three levels, with whitewashed interiors and Travertine floors creating a thoroughly modern design. Relax and enjoy the panoramic ocean vista, in this iconic and luxurious retreat. The home expands over 3 levels, accommodating 9 guests plus your furry friend (see our pet policy below). The top level provides open plan living , kitchen, dining and lounge with doors opening out to the Mediterranean terrace overlooking the garden and panoramic ocean views. On the top level you`ll also find a study with a futon sofa bed.

The middle level offers the Master bedroom with Ensuite and private terrace access. There are 2 more bedrooms on this level with balcony access and a beautifully appointed second bathroom.

The lower level accessed by the external spiral staircase offers a private retreat with a lounge area, kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom opening out to your own terrace and garden.

The home does not have air conditioning, but is designed to stay comfortable with ceiling fans, natural airflow, and coastal breezes.

Villa Serena, located in the picturesque and peaceful area of Killcare and Hardys Bay offering an idyllic coastal lifestyle. You are surrounded by the beach and bushland with Bouddi Coastal Walk stretching all the way to Macmasters Beach.

Great Location. Walked to the beach every day. Was concerned about Uber but wasn’t a problem. Between Uber, the Ferry, and Train it was easy to get around.

Needs cleaning

The photos on the listing show much more glamour than what it is.When we stepped in, the air smelt stale, like it had been a long period of time from the last booking.There was dust on the dining room chairs, dead bugs, spider webs in kitchen and the sheets smelt.Not sure what the pamphlet meant about turning off the aircon cause there was none, just fans. We were all sweating with the humidity and no air was flowing inside. The beach though is accurately a short walk from the house though. The house is surrounded by trees and so there were a lot of noisy birds chirping all throughout the night making sleeping difficult.
