We’re kinda nervous about not being ocean front but it actually wasn’t an inconvenience. The beach access and laundry room were really convenient to the condo. The unit it self is pretty much what you see in the pictures nothing flashy but everything is comfortable and convenient.

Excellent location, close to entertainment, food & most important the beach! Best value for a family vacation.Place is a little dated but clean. Enjoyed our stay & would come back again.

Property is in disrepair

We chose this location because it had an elevator for our son who is in a wheelchair, also the basketball hoop, pool, and playground.The elevator was in disrepair - it could not be called to the floor, you had to go find it, hold the button in the elevator, and ride it to the right floor to get the person that needed it. We only knew how to use the workaround because another guest was kind enough to help. Basketball hoop only had a pole - no backboard or rim. Building location.was good but needed a lot of maintenance and repairs.Vacasa was helpful and talked to the building manager, but since vacasa doesn’t maintain the building, there was nothing they could do.
