ホテルとして稼働するにはまだ厳しいのではないでしょうか。エレベーターは動かないし、部屋は寒いし、トイレはカビだらけ、廃墟の建物に、部屋がある感じでした。場所がとても良いので、しっかりとメンテナンスしてから、ホテルとして稼働してもらいたいです。
