Step into 137 Red Cedar Lane, where the living area boasts a vaulted ceiling and luxurious furnishings, creating an atmosphere of sophistication and comfort. Glass sliding doors seamlessly transition you to the sunroom, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame picturesque views of Kiawah Island, allowing you to savor the scenery, rain or shine. It's the ideal space for enjoying your morning coffee or spending quality time with loved ones.
Adjacent to the living area, the dining space comfortably accommodates seven, while an additional dining nook in the kitchen offers seating for four. The kitchen itself is equipped with high-end appliances and luxury finishes, including two ovens.
137 Red Cedar Lane can accommodate up to 8 guests across 5 bedrooms. The primary bedroom is located on the second floor and features a king-size bed, a private bathroom with his-and-hers vanities, and a private balcony. On the first floor, there are three guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom includes a queen bed with an attached private bathroom. The second guest bedroom also has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with the final first-floor guest bedroom, which contains two twin beds. The last guest bedroom is on the opposite side of the house from the primary bedroom on the second floor. It is furnished with two twin beds and is connected to a spacious den equipped with ample seating, an HDTV, and a pool table.

Pool table was great for chilly evenings. The house had a ton of space for our family (6 adults) with room for more if we needed it. Unlike most Kiawah properties, TV technology up to date in main and master BR. Well stocked kitchen. I would recommend adding a more up to date TV and sound system in the game room and some up to date games.
