Open the windows and hear the ocean waves and wake up looking out the master bedroom seeing the wonderful sunrise and seagulls flying over the waves. Fully stocked kitchen and wide open living room with plenty of space for family gatherings and activities. Television, movies, board games, puzzles, and children's toys are in the condo for the young ones to enjoy. Take walks on the beach, and enjoy numerous bike and walking trails which you are sure to encounter various wildlife and beautiful views all over the island. PGA Tournament golf courses, spas, shopping, and top-rated restaurants for your indulgence. Two Bikes are available for your enjoyment or rent a golf cart or kayak which can be delivered directly to the condo for you. Elevators are available for you as the condo is on the top floor with the best views day and night.

Apartment has a nice view but needs maintenance. Toe molding in kitchen is not nailed down, refrigerator does not dispense water, needs a filter. Blow dryer in the back bathroom is a fire hazard. Plug was melted. Ceiling in great room has cracks. That said, there is a great deal of construction and renovation going on so these small items would probably be addressed. Beautiful beach and gorgeous maritime forest atmosphere makes it so worth it. Monique very attentive and extra helpful with getting me pointed in the right direction to find the apartment.

Location near the beach was great. We enjoyed the quiet location. View of the ocean from the condo was what we expected and seeing the sunrise was a great way to start each day. We enjoy biking and this was a great location for accessing the beach and trails. Very enjoyable stay. Thanks for making this place available.

Beautiful condo. Kitchen had everything we needed. The condo description says it sleeps 6. That’s correct, however the second bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds so there is not much room in which to move around. Monique was always available to speak with.

Beautiful property steps from the beach. The condo was very clean and spacious. The parking lot was very dark at night, so I would suggest making sure you have your phone/flashlight with you if you need to go to your car. Would definitely stay again.

The property was just as described. Great location, easy access to the beach. Views of the ocean from master bedroom and deck. Beach chairs and beach towels available. Enjoyed the two bikes that came with the rental. Communication with owner was excellent, very responsive. Downside to our stay was the ongoing problem with ants. Ants were crawling in the master bedroom, kitchen and second bedroom. The issue was reported to Monique in the beginning of our trip, she was responsive and apologetic, called for someone to spray outside the property the day the problem was reported. Unfortunately for us the treatment was ineffective as the ants continued to come in for the entire trip. If not for the problem with ants this stay would have been great.

Great location!

We loved staying at this property, which was steps to the beach and also a short walk to Night Heron Park (with the Nest - a great spot to grab a quick bite and snacks/pantry essentials) as well as the Sanctuary. The condo was well-stocked and clean, and we enjoyed the beach view from the side porch! Only issue was not being able to use one of the bikes as the tires were flat and the pump in the condo didn’t fit properly. Would definitely stay here again in the future! Monique was very responsive and we felt well taken care of!

30th birthday celebration

This condo had everything they listed. We wanted for nothing. It is a cared for property and some areas were updated. It faces the parking lot But there are windows to see beach and a side balcony area to sit and view beach. Oh and the condo unit is beachfront. The path to beach was perfect. Thank you

Wonderful Stay on Kiawah

This condo is perfectly located to the beach, coffee shop/market, trails, etc. The master bath is newly renovated and nice, as is the kitchen. Some of the places on Kiawah are dated and musty, so it was so nice to see this one was as advertised. What a wondeful stay! we will be back!

Pleasant villa on the beach

A nice unit that needs some TLC, but peeling paint, missing light bulbs, etc., are easy to fix. It would be helpful to have something like foil or wax paper in the kitchen. Location is very convenient to the beach.

Kiawah Christmas

Our family has loved going to Kiawah Island since we were kids. This was our first time going together since the pandemic and we had an absolutely lovely time. Our host was really responsive and made sure we were all able to access the gates. We will definitely be back! : )
