We made it work..

Definitely bring big spray, what we hoped to be a fun time out side was halted quickly do to mosquitoes. Inside and out. Just an FYI if you're tall you won't want to stay in loft your on your knees and can't stand up. There is a bedroom downstairs. Could use some sort of blinds on front door as anyone going down waterway or next door can look right in. Other then that, we made it work. Beds comfy, everything you need in kitchen.

Beautiful Place to Have Adventures and Make Memories

We had the best time staying here. The kayaking and paddleboarding was super fun. The beautiful animals off of the dock were priceless. The responses were quick and we felt well taken care of. The host even let us borrow their fishing poles. We would love to return!

Quaint retreat

Stayed for a mini vacay-and easy drive to keys. Honestly loved the tiny home, was our first and it was all we needed. Loved how we had access to the water so easily. Kayaking/paddle boarding was beautiful.

Vacation

We stayed a week M-F with 4 people & 2 small dogs. Check in was super easy. The house was cute & clean. They had everything we needed. We loved being right on the water. We did a lot of fishing, swimming and kayaking from the property. We had access to paddle boards & kayaks on the property. We saw manatees who hung out in front of the house. Everyone was very friendly. The location was quite & close to places to eat, snorkle, jet ski, ect. Our check out was just as easy as our check in. I would recommend a stay here.

A wonderful spot for enjoying the channel and to be able to fish and enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Comfortable tiny home will for sure come back!

Great stay

Great little property for our family. Our two teenage girls loved seeing manatees off the dock! Lots of places to paddle to as well. The house was spacious for our family of four and had everything we needed for a great stay. The property owner makes the check in process very smooth. Highly recommend.

Excellent

What a great place to stay near the keys and to stay away from the crowds. Rented their boat parked next to me and took it all the way out to the ocean to snorkel the reefs. You can also catch a variety of fish right odd the dock. The paddle thru the mangroves to your private dock was awesome. Will be back!

Peaceful and accommodating

Juan an JC were great hosts. Very friendly and accommodating. Being on the water is a must-have often for our vacations. We couldn’t be any closer without getting wet. If you like fishing and/or just like seeing God’s creations up close in a peaceful setting, it doesn’t get much nicer. We plan on coming back.

Great value for awesome waterfront views and boats

This tiny home is in an amazing location on a canal with access out to the ocean. The fridge, stove, sink & TV are normal residential size and excellent. The memory foam type mattresses are typical, firm when cool, soft and comfy once warm. The bar counter in the kitchen allows at least 4 adults to gather round. The coffee table under the TV works for children & teens. We were a large family of 4 adults & 2 teens. I am a 200lbs+ woman, my husband and I slept in the queen bed in the loft by the overlook to the living room. We were comfortable. The stairs up were easy to navigate up and down. At 5'6" and my teen at 5'10", we could sit up in our beds without hitting our heads. I was glad I brought my sleep mask because the dock lights stay on all night and the moon was bright too. The A/C vent blows into the loft area so no worries about the heat rising. Our 2 teens spent any time in the tiny house in the loft, they enjoyed the isolation, but ability to ease drop on our plans and conversations was appreciated. My Aunt & Uncle shared the master bedroom. My Uncle, a large man, struggled with the size of the master bathroom, so used the hallway one. He had to walk sideways around the queen bed in there. My Aunt liked the privacy of the sliding doors and thought the closet and dresser were oversized for 2 people for the 7 days we were there. My family of 4 used 1/2 the dresser and closet too, as well as the drawers in the hallway. I only went up to the loft to sleep. We used the kayaks, paddles, life saving vests and paddle board almost daily. We enjoyed the outdoor patio immensely, except after sunset the mosquitoes and no seeums were biting. We actually cooked fresh fish in the outdoor kitchen saving my autistic teen the uncomfortable odors. Watching the fish off the dock at night made it worth the bug spray. My teens saw a manatee off the dock and got a picture, but I missed it. This place is a real hidden gem. The pool is refreshing after a hard kayak ride, small but there was rarely anyone else in it when we used it. The convenience of being able to rent a fishing boat from the owner was appreciated and inexpensive comparatively. I highly recommend this place, the value with the waterfront access and amenities is priceless.

Adorable house on a beautiful property

The home was lovely, all updated and comfortable! The outside was perfect, right on the dock overlooking the mangroves. Very peaceful all day long! And Juan was super attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, even brought out some extras for us! Thank you so much for being so accomodating, we loved this tiny home!

Stunning Property, Perfect Stay

This property was absolutely stunning! It has all the amenities we needed and then some. The location was prime and the space was super clean. The host was gracious and accommodating. He allowed early check-in and even let us use the tandem canoe for a bit after checkout. We will absolutely be staying again in the future. Thanks JC!

Short and Sweet

Property had a great outdoor space! It would be great to get some lounge chairs outside or a hammock though so you can relax more outside. The property itself needed work, but was updated. He stated he is replacing the camper with a tiny house and I think that is an awesome idea! Would love to come back once that is in place. Also, the pool was out of commission which was my main purpose for staying in that location. However, the owner completely understood and allowed me to find another place to stay due to this and refunded me. This was very nice and much appreciated. I would definitely consider booking through him again. Very responsive. Great views of the water too!
