This property is not maintained well. No pool towels like they stated. The pool towels that were returned in the bin next to the womens bathroom were never emptied and washed from Friday-Sunday. They lady at the desk kept saying they were short towels because nobody returns them. But maybe they should wash the dirty ones that are at the pool! The kayaks were never unlocked due to wind. One paddleboard for all the guests was in the lagoon. The bathrooms near the pool were filthy. No water pressure in our 3rd floor room. I couldnt even get the shampoo out of my hair. And to top it off on the second night we discovered out pillows were never changed from the prior guests. One pillow had a prior guests POPCORN in the pillowcase. We did not have popcorn! Very disappointed in our stay. The front desk lady when checking out just said "sorry they are suppose to change all pillowcases when changing over the room" when i told her about the pillowcase! And the pool is small, freezing, and cloudy. You cant see your feet. The room on the 3rd floor we were in had a very loud ac that never stopped clicking.
