Please make sure to put garbage can out to the curb on garbage collecting days. Every Monday and Friday at 6pm.
Please stripe out all sheets and collecting towels out and put it by living room area
Please make sure to turn off all lights inside and outside including pool light.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

You want to stay here, I promise. Don't hesitate, don't look at other listings; stay here! Everything about the stay was better than we could have hoped. Southern Comfort

Our stay at Southern Comfort was wonderful! Cute place with the perfect location. The landscaping was beautiful and the pool was perfect. Unfortunately we were there during the 344 fires so the wifi and communications were out, but we spent most of our time outside anyway.We love KCB and love this home!Thank you Patti!!
