Cupboard under the sink had to be tied together to stay closed, no TV to watch the game and no way to sign into apps as they aren't connected with same wifi, no shampoo in the shower and back entrance is all grown over

The house was nice, but there was no dish cloth and towel to dry dishes, lack of face cloths, and it felt a little cold. There was no pictures on the wall. Nothing on the counters no fake plants or anything like that to make it feel Homie.

The rental was not cleaned prior to getting there. It's a house meant for loud parties as the units beside us were the same. Bed sheets had visible stains on them, carpet had dirt and debris all over it clearly no vacuumed, the house smelled like spilled beer. Not a single hand towel in any bathroom to dry our hands, no paper towels, tub was dirty from prior renters with hair, floors were left sticky, boxes of alcohol left on deck, and 1 damp cloth left for us in the kitchen. Disgusting place, host doesn't really care either. Not a place for families as the homeless are strolling through the alley all day and all night rummaging through garbage and backyards. We booked for 2 nights and left after the 1st. I do not recommend this property to anyone really. Pay the extra cash and stay anywhere else. You'll regret renting this spot. The address is also incorrect, they tell you the address once you've booked. And you're directly on a busy main road with cars flying by all night.

Location and the property itself was perfect for 5 girls, the only issue we had was with communication. For those who confirm their stay, I suggest you to contact the host directly for check-in information as a wrong location was given to us via the email that is sent automatically the day before check-in. Host is aware about this issue but still has not changed it. Vague check-in and check-out details.

The accommodations were very reasonable while still providing access to downtown. The rooms were clean. We were a group of 5 and the kitchen was spacious enough for all of us to prepare dinner and enjoy a glass of wine around the counter.

Great place to travel with your dog

The property is clean (I met the cleaner the day I left and she was doing a meticulous job) though very basic, still making it an excellent value rental. There is a shed on site with bikes available although we never got to give them a try. We were travelling with our golden retriever and the neighbour next door must love the animals that come to stay (when they are well behaved) as she always had treats ready when she came out to visit. The yard is entirely fenced in with separation from the front and the back if desired. The apricot tree was a big bonus when we arrived as there were lots that were ripe and ready to pick (to limit those that fell to the ground). Everything went exactly as instructed such that we never actually had to interact with the owners/property mangers at all. Thank you Simon for a lovely stay.

We enjoyed our stay in Kelowna. The house is located just a short walk from the waterfront and down town. The house is clean with all the basics for our stay. The A/C and comfortable beds made for a good sleep even with the summer heat. The fenced yard was great for our dog. We especially enjoyed taking our coffee out on to the small table and chair on the deck in the mornings.

Excellent location for biking or walking to downtown.

Big yard,Bright suite and close to everything. Good access to the rest of Kelowna. Netflix and Xbox were very Good for the kids. Thanks for having us.
