Modern Loft Apartment in the Heart of the City

Welcome to your perfect home away from home! This stylish loft apartment offers an open, airy layout with high ceilings, oversized windows, and beautiful natural light throughout the day.
Centrally located within walking distance of the best restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops, and nightlife — you’ll have the entire city at your doorstep.

The Loft is central to all downtown has to offer. There are plenty of places to eat, drink and shop on the main strip. You can also catch a show at the Colonial Theater or take a stroll down the Rail Trail or a Walldog Mural Tour.

The kitchen is stocked with essentials for cooking i.e. flour, sugar, spices and oil. The coffee is a Nespresso Machine with options of coffees to try.

Where you'll be staying...

The bed set up is as following:

master bdr: one queen size bed
guest bdr 1: one Queen size bed

The entire inside of the Loft is usable with the exception of the storage closet in the front living room. We also ask that you do not linger or loiter in the hallways as it is a shared space to other tenants.

We have stored a pack n play, stroller, highchair and kids plates/ cups on site as well as coloring and games in the library. While we have made it usable for kids it is not "CHILD PROOF" as the outlet covers are not covered nor are cabinets locked in any way.

Whether you're exploring the city or simply relaxing indoors, this cozy retreat is the perfect place to create lasting memories. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.
