Kea is the northern island of the Cyclades prefecture. The island is near Athens just one hour by boat from Lavrion (one of the 3 ports of Athens). The villa enjoys a breathtaking panoramic view of the St Nicholas Gulf, the Aegean Sea and its stunning sunsets from all terraces, living room and bedrooms. The Gulf is one of the largest protected natural harbors in the Mediterranean.
A luxury property with an artistic touch - mirrors, lamps, paintings and sculptures are the creations of the owner. Silver moon romantic nights and stargazing will offer you unforgettable moments and peace of mind. The main building area is 200 square meters consisting of four bedrooms and four bathrooms a large living room and a kitchen. Previous reviews say it all so I will be brief - this place is amazing! The house, the view, the pool, the outdoor bbq and terrace and the island itself - all of us loved it, both kids and adults!
