Заселили очень быстро и даже раньше часа заселения. Лифт работает. В номере чисто. Завтрак вкусный. Одно плохо. Если вы передумали и уезжаете раньше деньги не возвращаются.

Sehr zentrale Lage, somit waren alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Bemängeln möchte ich, dass ich nicht das gebuchte Zimmer mit der laut Homepage angegebenen Bettgröße/Bettenanzahl bekommen habe, sondern mir das nächstbeste freie Zimmer angeboten wurde. Das Hotelpersonal achtete nicht auf die getätigte Buchung, somit erhielt ich zu meiner Enttäuschung auch noch ein Raucherzimmer, obwohl ich ganz explizit ein Nichtraucherzimmer gebucht habe. Die Bettwäsche und die Gardinen rochen nach Rauch, was sehr unangenehm war!

check-in遇上困難，要我們多買一間房間，請小心

我們在訂房網站上面預定四人房，錢也付了，check-in的時候卻說他們沒有四人房，並要求我們多買一間房間13歐，當下我們並沒有直接付錢了事，我們打給會土語的朋友幫忙溝通，感覺爭執滿久的，畢竟這對消費者來說完全不合理，他們聲稱是訂房網站上出了問題，但我們已經付四個人個錢了，而且若有問題也是飯店與訂房網站的人去協調，而不是我們買單。後來他們給我們一間加大雙人房，裡面有沙發床可以睡四個人。這種一開始就可以解決的事情卻要最後才拿出來，根本就是在坑外國人，請小心這間飯店。櫃檯還算有禮貌

2 kişilik süit odada 5 kişi kaldık.1 ay öncesinden rezervasyon yapmamıza,1 gün önceden de haber etmemize rağmen odanın hazır olmadığını gördük.Televizyonlar çalışmıyordu.Tuvalet berbat durumdaydı.Oda sanki uzun zamandır kullanılmıyor gibiydi.Düşünün odaya su bile bırakmamışlar.Otelden çıkış yaparken de hesabı ödemediğimizi söylediler.Çocuklarıma rezil ettiler beni.Halbuki ben 1 ay önceden ödemiştim.Site ile otelin arasındaki sorunu benim çözmem gerektiğini söylediler.Kısacası tatili bize rezil ettiler.Tavsiye istermisiniz?Bu otelden uzak durun

Had gelijk al bij aankomst een soort van aanvaring met receptionist. Kamer was oké maar we kregen geen schone handdoeken, deuren kapot, alles hing er los bij. Niet een hotel om nog eens terug te gaan.
