This unique waterfront cottage/house sits only feet away from the river in downtown Bobcaygeon. Located beside historic lock 32 and steps away from downtown restaurants and retail shops. Enjoy the view from the large patio equipped with dining and lounge furniture and a BBQ. Inside there is a fully equipped kitchen with a large island and dining table. The kitchen opens to a spacious living room. There are two bedrooms with queen sized beds and a queen sofa bed. There is an outdoor firepit area and docks to moor your boat or lounge by the river.
