This hidden gem of a hotel is an absolute must to stay at. Tucked away out of the hustle and bustle, and yet still so close that you just walk around the corner and you’re amongst the vibrancy of Thamel. The cleanliness of the premises was immaculate and the staff were so warm and friendly that it felt like I had known them for a long time. The Owner Rahul has done an amazing job of delivering an outstanding property that I will be highly recommending to any traveller that is heading to Kathmandu. Rahul was in constant contact sharing his places to see, eat and most of all, how to get around and back safely. We loved every moment here, the breakfast was so generous and a free barista made coffee along with it was the cherry on top!

I loved my stay at Swarga Heritage Hotel. It is truly an outstanding stay and exactly the kind of experience one would like whilst visiting Kathmandu. The room was beautiful and the bathroom had a powerful shower which was I always appreciate in a hotel. I also had my laundry done whilst at the hotel and used their transfer service. Everything went smoothly and the area around the hotel is perfect for travellers. I am muslim and I found several halal restaurants nearby (Bismillah restaurant was really good). The communication from the hotel went over and above expectations. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, the breakfast was so good (only small feedback I would give is if they could offer juice instead of just tea and coffee with the breakfast). This is a really good hotel and priced well for tourists. I will be telling all my family and friends to book here when they come to Kathmandu. Thank you to everyone, the staff were amazing!

I stayed here for over 8 nights and had a great time! The owner himself texted many times with recommendations in the neighborhood and checking how we were doing. The room was nice, spacious and clean. Breakfast is a la carte, tasty, and they were flexible for adjusting a few things.

I am an incredible stay at Swarga Heritage Hotel. I was kindly upgraded to the premium Queen for my stay and it was beautifully decorated and incredibly clean. The hotel staff and the owner/architect Rahul were incredibly kind and hospitable during my stay. They helped to organize a pick up from the airport and a private tour of Kathmandu. The owner Rahul was very communicative over whatsapp and helped me to find great restaurants and sights to see around the city. They also offer a fantastic breakfast in the mornings as well. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, I can't recommend this place enough and am looking forward to returning during future visits in Kathmandu.

Excellent, excellent, EXCELLENT stay. The staff were overwhelmingly hospitable and professional. The location is great in terms of accessibility and privacy. The street is always peaceful, which makes for a seamless sleep despite being in the thick of Thamel. When I return, there is no question I will stay again at Swarga Heritage Hotel! Everything was great! The owner started reaching out once I booked the hotel. Days before my arrival there were multiple arounds of helpful information. I also booked the driver service with them. I felt welcomed upon arrival and the staff were all eager to help. The tour guide I hired through them was certified national Guide that can speak multiple languages. I used him for all my tours. I feel I can communicate with the owner any needs and he will accommodate me. My trip to Nepal has been such a pleasure due to the hotel. My daughter loves the breakfast here. And shopping and other restaurants are all so close!

Absolutely fantastic hotel in the heart of Kathmandu. Could not fault the service and overall experience. It is a tranquil haven in the busyness of Kathmandu. Perfect location and easy walking distance from the Durbar. Breakfast was also delicious. Could not recommend staying here enough.

Népal is my 81 country to visit and Swarga boutique hotel is definitely in the top 10 hotels I have stayed. Not only it is absolutely beautiful, very nicely curated ( my daughter is an interior designer and loved it) but the kindness of the owner, of the staff they went the extreme extra mile to make it an absolute amazing experience for us! They helped us with everything ( mistake in reserving, problem with luggage… you name it) they couldn’t have been kinder. The breakfast was also fantastic( choice of Nepalese, American etc) so if I ever came back to Nepal I would definitely return here!! Thank you soooo much for treating us so well!
