When i reached hotel in night they say thee is no booking. i had to wait for more than 30 minutes for this. After this they gave me key of room which was occupied, after this they gave me another key which was also occupied. Than finally i spoke to manager on phone and than gave me room which was renovated with smell. i had no option to stay back. Next day they shifted me too another room. Also on check out reception was showing me invoice to pay, i told them its already paid during booking and than it took time to again check. Overall hotel is nice, with central location but lapse in management. Only their watchman( Gurkha) is kind enough to help and understand.

Very poor

Experience is too ugly. Air conditioning system doesn't work afte 11 pm. They charge 116 dollar but performance too poor. Really really disappointed

Hotellet har grei standard, med noe upålitelig wifi. Da vi var der drev de med oppussing i første etasje som ga noe støy. Pluss er at hotellet hadde veldig høy renslighetsstandard. Minus var frokosttilbudet, som man godt kan stå over. Bra valuta for pengene generelt, men vær obs på at hotellet ligger utenfor de andre hotellområdene. 5 minutter å gå til Durbar Marg, 10 minutter til Thamel.

Gives you worst room possible first!

Washroom flush not working!!!! The reception staff gives you the worst room (backyard facing with washroom flush not working) first even if the hotel is empty! Security Guards and room service guys are good though.
