Yala peak is the best hotel! Staff are above and beyond amazing, helpful and fun to be around. The attached restaurant is lovely and has some of the best food in the area with candlelit dinners to complete the night. Wonderful stay can’t recommend them enough :)

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Got a free upgraded room as our selected room was not available. The restaurant was nice with good selection of food and drinks.

Great stay and great staff

The staff were very friendly and warm, the food was delicious and the room was perfect with excellent views of Thamel at sunrise. If you’re looking to stay somewhere in Kathmandu for a reasonable cost, this is the place!

Fantastic budget hotel with amazing and professional staff. We needed to extend by a few days the receptionist was very accommodating and friendly. All staff is in this hotel and the restaurant are great, especially ram who was always welcoming. Food is great too. For the rooms, comfortable beds and lovely hot showers. This hotel also has great common areas for guests to enjoy.

What can I say, the staff here is so friendly and friendly. We upgraded to a room with a private bathroom. The room was cozy and the location is safe. This is a super Kathmandu location. If travel takes you to this part of the world you can be assured that this is a good place to stay.

Run down hotel with the staff trying to improve it

Stayed in 3 rooms across 2 stays. The 1st room was a standard triple on the 1st floor, has no fan but was clean. Bed was hard. the 2nd room was a deluxe triple room on the 3rd floor. Bed was better but room was dusty. The 3rd room was a standard double room on the 5th floor. The ceiling fan was too noisy to sleep in and we requested for another fan to be brought in. The staff ignored us the 1st time and only after the 2nd complaint did they bring in another fan. They removed the faulty fan the next day and did a horrible job of installing a new fan. All 3 bathrooms are basic with a strongly metallic water and low water flow. All 3 rooms are old and run-down.
