Feuchtigkeits-/Schimmelgeruch war allgegenwärtig

- Wohnung war grundsätzlich sauber - Wohnungen in dem Haus waren in erster Linie von Montagearbeitern belegt - Bereits im Treppenhaus starker Geruch nach Feuchtigkeit / Schimmel, setzt sich in der Wohnung fort Kopfkissen dreckig, riechen nach Vormietern - Eimer mit Mörtel/ Baustoffresten auf einem Balkon - Grundstück sehr ungepflegt - wir sind bereits nach einer Nacht wieder abgereist, wir werden die Wohnung nicht mehr mieten
