This exclusive holiday villa is situated in Kriopigi, one of the most beautiful places in Chalkidiki, just 80 kilometers from Thessaloniki. The villa is 300 meters from a beautiful sandy beach and provides stunning views across the sea.

Kriopigi is located on the peninsula Kassandra of Chalkidiki. It is built amphitheatrical on the slopes of the green hills and has a wonderful views towards the Gulf of Kassandra. The area has been inhabited since ancient times and Kriopigi is built in the place of the ancient towns Neapolis and Flegra. The exterior of the house is amazing. There are 4000 sqm with well maintained lawns, palm trees, pine trees, olive trees and a fully equipped large barbeque kiosk. The villa offers a private pool of 50 square meters.

The villa boasts five bedrooms and can host up to twelve people. It consists of two floors and a semi basement.

The ground floor features a large and comfortable living room with a fantastic fire place and a large open plan, fully equipped kitchen.
