Everything about this hotel is exceptional, the only thing I would like changed may be is to have the room locking and unlocking mechanism of the door from inside. You can lock someone inside and leave and he/she can’t get out by themselves.

Location is fantastic. It's across the street from beach clubs. The main square is about a 5 min walk or so. Lots of restaurants and attractions nearby. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included so that's a plus. Not a big fan of the jacuzzi inside the room but for some folks, it might be a plus.

Really disappointing

The hotel was not as expected. Parking was advertised but non was available, there was a rubbish dump of some sort opposite (between the hotel and the sea) and when we tried to check in (a small office sometimes with a person in) the guy kept talking on the phone for ages before acknowledging us. The bed was way too soft (and bowed) but they changed the mattress when I complained. The glass screen was dirty so the sea view wasn’t great. The plug socket fell out the wall when I plugged my hairdryer in and the stool to sit on was broken. On making it to breakfast we had to move our own tables in order for the four of us to sit together. Most of the breakfast area was under sheets. Our tablecloth had cigarette ask on it the first day, they had put new tablecloths out the second day. Really disappointing, and the worst hotel I visited on my travels round turkey. I don’t mind basic (stayed in a hostel in Islamabad) but this place didn’t seem to care unless specifically asked for something.

The location of the hotel, the scenery is beautiful. The owner of the hotel is very nice and patient to help guests book other hotels and air tickets, the service is thoughtful.

Your not just A Guest here.

I would recommend this place to everyone visiting Turkey. The ambience of the hotel is romantic. The service was above average. The chef on site Ramazon, makes the best foods. The man cooks from his heart. The food had the best flavors and textures in Turkey. My friend and i showed up late around midnight hungry when the restaurant was closed, yet he tells the front desk he will open up and make us food. Ramazon makes the most delicious tomato soup ( best I’ve ever had) along with dinner for us that evening. The mehemeh for breakfast and fresh made deserts are a must everyday.

The hotel had great reviews in 2016 but we were surprised on arrival. The deluxe room we booked was very small and pretty basic, not what we expected but comfortable enough. Lots of stairs to climb to room and no lift so not good for those who can't manage stairs. The location was excellent, 5 minute walk to Kaş centre.
