Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage an der Ostsee/Schlei. Unterkunft war super schön. Sind rundum zufrieden und erholt abgereist.

Klasse Wohnung mit Ostseeblick
Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Mein persönliches Lieblingsplätzchen war der Sitzsack im Schlafzimmer mit Blick auf die Weite der Ostsee.
Die Lage auf der künstlichen Landzunge, welche den rundum-Ostseeblick ermöglicht, bedeutet allerdings nicht, dass man direkt bei der Wohnung auch am Wasser spazieren gehen kann. Für uns als Hundehalter war das ein bisschen schade, wir hatten aus der Beschreibung diesen Umstand nicht entnehmen können. Die nächstgelegene Gassi-Gelegenheit (winziger Grünbereich) war ca 700 m entfernt und für richtige Spaziergänge am Wasser muss man einmal auf die andere Seite des Ostseeressorts (ca 2,5 km), dort befindet sich auch ein Hundestrand.

Schöne Wohnung aber keine schöne Umgebung
In Olpenitz stehen leider Haus an Haus ohne die Möglichkeit, seine Zeit außerhalb der Untekunft zu verbringen. Es gibt eine Asphaltstraße ohne Gehweg, die kaum breit genug ist, wenn sich zwei Autos passieren. Zum Spazieren völlig ungeeignet, insbesondere für Hundebesitzer. Ein kleiner Sandstrand ist zwar vorhanden, wäre im Sommer jedoch wahrscheinlich hoffnungslos überfüllt. Der Müllsammelplatz, zu dem man seinen Müll selbst bringen muss, ist knapp 3km entfernt, welche man im Schnitt mit etwa 20 km/h zurücklegen kann - auch nicht gerade angenehm.
Alles in allem ist Olpenitz ein Ort für Menschen, die ihr Haus nicht verlassen aber einen Blick aufs Meer haben wollen. Dafür ist die Wohnung allerdings nicht groß genug. Es ist schade, dass die Planer nicht auch die eine oder andere Grünfläche, ein Restaurant oder Ähnliches berücksichtigt haben.
