The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was heavily leaning towards Taiwanese, but I enjoyed it. The only gripe I have about the hotel is that there was no housekeeping for the two days I stayed there.

Property was dated and needs a reno to modernize rooms. In our room, the wall paper was peeling off the walls, couch and pillows for the couch looked dirty/unsanitary. Bathroom was very dirty - grout was black, mold in the shower, water did not drain properly in the shower. Room door was too close to bathroom so it was hard to get in. Also frustrating was there wasn't any plugs beside the beds. Free laundry and big beds were nice.

Not very vegetarian friendly for breakfast buffet

Our only complaint: Breakfast buffet is not very vegetarian friendly. Every morning the only vegetarian option is the cold salad and fruits unless you informed the kitchen staff. They then prepared a stir-fried vegetable of their choice for you.

Our room and hallway smelled like cigarettes so we contacted the front desk. They used a commercial air filter and the smell went away a bit. But it really bothered us as it is supposed to be a smoke free hotel. Our room was very spacious with big beds and a tub. Kids enjoyed the tub a lot. Breakfast buffet was great with different hot food options and three different fruits during our four day stay. Free ice cream, drinks and popcorns are there 24-7 so kids also loved it. However, one night, my husband saw a roach on the ice cream scoop… It was my third time to stay at this hotel and I think we would not come back again because of the cigarette smell and the roach situation…

地點不錯，服務人員尚算親切，但館內一直有淡淡的煙味，如果冷氣和廁所抽風機開著的情況下會更明顯，床板老舊翻個身就嘎吱響，隔音不好，樓上走路沖水乃至隔壁罵小孩都聽的很清楚，至於早餐，我建議吃便利商店吧⋯⋯

Room is very spacious and comfortable. Came with a sofa set where we can pack food n eat while watching to tv :) Bed is comfortable with 4 pillows given for a king bed. Washroom is big but basin platform is too low which is not practical. Hotel claimed that snacks (精致点心) is provided 24 hours at restaurant but only have popcorn :(
