This place was around a week old when i stayed here. Feels like the bars and restaurant were understaffed, but these were probably just growing pains. Staff was super nice and provided great service. Place was nice and clean and within Uber distan e to most evrything. Would stay here again 10/10.

Overall, it’s an amazing resort. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The theme throughout the hotel in the pool is very fun. The lot of options for food and activity right at the hotel definitely a place where we would revisit.

We had a wonderful weekend!! We rented a cabana and had great service from Jayden. The concierge and ballet guys were awesome as well as the rest of the staff. Definitely will be planning another trip there.

Great addition to KC. Only complaint is they had two bartenders outside at the pool bar on the second Saturday open. They couldn’t keep up and honestly one of them wasn’t the friendliest. Other than that part everyone else was exceptional. Very clean and lots to do. Loved the gift shop!

Tried checking in at 4:30pm. They didn't have a room ready and had no idea when. Was offered a couple drink tickets as recovery. I've never experienced this before. With a crying baby, I asked if they could get us into a room as I saw several others checking in getting rooms while I was waiting. After I asked again they were able to get a manager to find us a room. If I didn't "speak to a manager" I'm not sure how long I would've been asked to wait.
