Well: nice staff and area Not well: mold and lots of dust inin the AC causing safety concern, felt like all European and American tourists were at this hotel; they don’t clean or make your room when staying longer than one night. They claim it’s because of eco but don’t see how making a bed will improve Eco. We accidentally spilled some chips on the floor and they did not want to help cleaning it…(due to eco). Therefore I cannot rate this hotel high on cleaning

Such an incredibly comfortable stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and located in such a great convenient location. The staff are wonderful and so incredibly helpful. The restaurant on the first floor gave us one of the best dining experiences we have ever had serving a phenomenal omakase. The bed and room were very comfortable and the onsen on the 2nd floor was a dream. 10 out of 10 stay! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience staying here. Had the breakfast one day which was a nice traditional Japanese style breakfast and quite good, but keep in mind the fish market is right across the street. This location was perfect for us, easily walkable to most of the attractions Kanazawa had to offer. The public baths were overall pleasant, although my wife had the unfortunate experience that a woman brought her 6-8 year old son into the women’s bath and felt uncomfortable with that. The beds were huge and rooms overall spacious especially compared to the Tokyo hotels we were used to. Would certainly recommend this hotel.

Very clean room and the only king sized bed we were able to secure as a standard room in Lanazawa. Location is a bit north of most sights but very nice all able to Higashi-Chaya district. The city itself is very walkable so not an issue you’ll just get your steps in .

Probably one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. Room was lovely, staff were friendly, and it is very well positioned opposite one of the main sights Omicho, and roughly equally between the Geisha and Samurai districts. Very happy, thank you!
