House was perfect for our family of 7 adults and a toddler. Well stocked, lots of outdoor space, beautiful views and clean. The hostess was responsive and concierge service made planning a breeze. Definitely would stay again.

Loved this house. It was peaceful and beautiful and had everything that we needed to cook big dinners and relax after hiking. Loved the pickleball courts and it was so nice that they have lights. The hot tub was great. Wish it was warmer so we could enjoy the swimming pool, but we had a couple cold plungers! Thanks for the fabulous accommodations!

The house was perfect. We had plenty of rooms and beds. The living spaces were spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool, spa, pickleball and basketball courts kept us entertained when we weren't out on adventures The house was just a few miles away from downtown Kanab. And Kanab is within striking distance from many great adventure spots. We experienced White Pocket, Wind Caves, Coral Pink Sand Dunes and several slot canyons. So whether choose the house for the amenities or its location, you can't go wrong.

Stayed at this home in Kanab for a women’s business retreat and absolutely loved it! The house was beautiful, the sleeping arrangements worked out perfectly, and we enjoyed spending time together in the pool and hot tub. I’d definitely bring my group back here again.

This place is amazing! It has it all. Close to town, fully fenced so it’s very private and quiet. The pool and hot tub were a perfect place to relax after a long day at work.

Gorgeous Utah Property near National Parks

Super fun home to stay

Nice home, will stay here again. The family had a blast. Pickle ball tournaments into the late hours nice hot tube and swimming. Safe for all ages with the fenced areas separated off from the pool. This house was done well for big families.

Place was clean and as advertised. There was plenty of room to spread out. The pickle ball courts were a nice touch. The pool was not operating and would have put this place over the top

Kanab Family Vacation

This home was the perfect headquarters for our family’s week-long stay in Kanab. We explored the natural wonders of Zion, Bryce, and other local sites each day and returned to the home to relax and cool off in the pool. Our group of 10 included 6 adults and 4 kids ages 11 to 13. Plenty of room to spread out for your own space along with multiple areas to gather the entire family. Our family has done a group trip for each of the last 10 years and our stay in Kanab was one of the best experiences we’ve had.

One of our Favs

We stayed in Kanab to have access to Zion, Bryce and some of the closer State Parks. This house was perfect for us. 2 master suites and plenty of room for everyone. We had 10 in our party and never felt like we were in each other's way.

Fabulous house in a great location

Lovely home, big pool, pickleball and fire pit. Very well maintained, well stocked and clean. Great space for our family group of 11. Wonderful location for day trips to Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Zion National Park, Bryce National Park, North Rim of Grand Canyon, Paria Movie Road and Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. A real winner for a big group!

Great place to stay with a crowd

We had an extended family reunion here with 7 adults and 5 kids. Plenty of room for everyone. Had absolutely everything we needed. The kids had a fabulous time in the pool and on the pickleball courts. We made s'mores at the fire pit. Comfortable beds all around. Everyone was very happy with our accommodations. Property management was easy to reach and always responded quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Expectations exceeded

The home was well laid out for a family to have the kids downstairs and adults upstairs (2 master suites). The pool, basketball hoop, pickleball courts and hot yup were all awesome! Thank you for providing a place like this to enjoy!

Almost perfect

Great place and it was clean. We stayed in May and asked for the pool to be operational for our visit. We were happy that is was filled, but it was so cold that it was not useable. Hot tub was great and the rest of the property was as advertised.

Beautiful Home and Fun Property

The home was clean and well kept. The beds and especially the pillows were very comfortable. Lots of remote controls to keep away from the kids and once you realized what they were for (blinds, lights, fans, and of course TVs (I think the one for the fake fireplace's batteries are dead but we found the buttons on the fireplace to work it). We enjoyed the swimming pool, once we found the switch to open the cover. We would have liked to know how to operate the pool vacuum to get the bugs off of the bottom of the pool but the strainer was there to get the floaters off. I was able to play Pickle Ball for the first time and kids taught me the rules but I am still not sure how the scoring goes. It was a lot of fun. Overall it was a great place to bring the family together for a wonderful weekend.

Beautiful home and location

We loved this house but there was a few things that could have been better. They went above and beyond for us and opened up the pool. With that being said the pool was not cleaned it had dead bugs, a mouse and trash. That’s expected from being closed all winter. Just wish they would have cleaned it. The spa had a green water tint because the chemicals were out of balance. We went to bbq and all propane tanks were empty. Then went to use the smoker and the smoker lid was broken. The home is absolutely gorgeous just seems that it needs a little more tlc to ensure it is ready for guests. I would definitely stay here again just would hope they up their game in preparing for guests. The communication with the host is top notch and they went above and beyond for us to make sure we were taken care of.
