Nice Condo, Central Location

Condo was very clean and felt cozy. Having three bedrooms was a bonus and worked well for our family. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space to hang out. Access to pool and hot tub right behind the unit was nice as well. Downstairs bathroom needs a little maintenance attention but it was useable. Having washer/dryer was handy for laundry after hiking.

The property was clean and the check in process was very easy. The pool was being repaired during our stay which stunk since we were going to zion and bryce canyon and hiking all day. The owner apologized about the pool an even compinsated us for the inconvenience. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Great central location to visit Zion & Bryce NPs and nice little town for all your needs. Condo very dated, no toiletries, shampoo, soap, etc. Disappointing. Easy one mile walk to restaurants. Sego was the best, Wild Thyme very good. Don't go to Vermillion 45. Overpriced & the worst service ever.

Great base camp for our adventures.

A Google address link would have helped us to find the property. Our property contact was happy to help and was there in a flash to guide us to the condo. The kitchen was well stocked. Lots of linens for the bedrooms and bathrooms. Great appliances. The hot tub and gas fireplace were lovely and warmed us up at the end of our hiking days. A great find.

Great Location -

We wanted a location to be able to get to Bryce, Zion & North Rim of the Grand Canyon. This is the place. Kanab is a great town too. The condo was great and the pool was used alot. Owner was easy to communicate with too.

Excellent accommodation after a day hiking

This condo was fantastic. The place was spotless and had everything we could have needed for our 5 night stay in Kanab. Close drive to Zion (45 min), Bryce (~90 min) and Page AZ (~ 60 min for Antelope Canyon visit). The hot tub was excellent and it felt great returning after to the condo when the day was done. Great service from our host (quick responses to all of our questions). The only issue was trying to find our place in the dark when we came in...the numbers on the buildings are dark which made it hard to ensure we had he right building. ...that was our ONLY issue the whole time there. :-). Overall...excellent. Very nice little town, Thanks so much

The condo itself was great--clean, comfortable, well stocked, nice location... Communication with manager was challenging because they were very slow to respond within the VRBO app. I finally had to email rental management company directly. If I book through VRBO I would prefer all billing/messages to occur within them. I don't want to sign up for another account.

Great place to crash after hiking. Central to Grand Canyon, Bryce and Zion. All about 70 miles away each. And it had a washer and dryer! Condo in a smallish community that felt safe and quiet. Had a good time eating at Rocking V, and Sego. One night too tired to do anything but frozen pizza and wine
