Platz, gute Anbindung, Natur und viele Annehmlichkeiten

Es standen zwei Schlafzimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer und eine große Wohnküche zur Verfügung. Das Wohnzimmer war ortstypisch traditionell eingerichtet, die Küche modern und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Vor dem Haus gibt es auch eine Terrasse. In der Nähe befinden sich in Kaltenbach alle Läden, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Zum Wasserfall sind es gerade mal zehn Minuten, wer eine kleine Joggingrunde oder einen Kurzspaziergang möchte. Empfehlenswert im Sommer ist das Freibad in Stumm. Für Ausflüge in die Umgebung bieten sich die abenteuerliche Besichtigung des alten Silberbergewerks in Schwaz, Wanderungen auf den Gedrechter mit Anfahrt über die Höhenstraße oder eine Wanderung mit Anfahrt über die Seilbahn auf die Karspitze an.
