Only 500 meters walk on a tree lined by young oak trees, closed for traffic small avenue separate the house from the natural beach.
Our condo has over 48 square meters of integrated cooking / dining and living room with an oven fireplace. The bright fitted kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need to prepare delicious meals, and so you can stay in close contact with the rest of your group while cooking. In addition, our apartment offers three bedrooms (three double rooms, one bed can be extended by pulling a bed box from the lower part. Thus, up to 7 people or up to 6 adults have plenty of space. The space is completed by two bathrooms (one with tub, the other with shower).
Of course there is in the apartment - without additional costs for you - washing machine, dryer and a fast Internet connection (Telekom 100MB) and the TV receives various channels (Telekom Home Entertainment).
The storage room, which connects directly to the apartment on the first floor, gives the guests the opportunity to drop off beverage crates or suitcases, and there are also two Tripp Trapp staircase high chairs (with and without hangers) ready. A baby crib can be provided on request.
Enjoy the great view from this apartment on the Baltic Sea at breakfast with its busy traffic and conquer over 20 km of unspoiled beach. Always along it winds through nature reserves of hiking, biking and "inline skating" developed a total of 600 kilometers long Baltic Sea Cycle Route. After 10 km in a westerly direction you reach Travemünde, to the east it is 14 km to Boltenhagen.
You can also look directly onto the lake from the flower-lined guest garden. The nature in the idyllic Groß Schwansee has its charms in every season.
We offer a quiet box seat at the sea in Klützer angle on the Baltic coast of Mecklenburg between Travemünde and Boltenhagen.

Wir haben eine Woche mit unseren drei Kindern (3,3,5) in Groß Schwansee verbracht und extra diese tolle Wohnung ausgesucht, da wir fußläufig über einen kleinen Weg direkt zum Strand (mit kleinem Spielplatz) laufen können. Die Küche war sensationell gut ausgestattet (Kuchen backen möglich!) und die Matratzen sehr bequem und nicht ausgelegen. Die Kinder saßen jeden Abend auf der Fensterbank und beobachteten die Schiffe mit dem Fernglas ! Für Einkaufsgelegenheiten muss man etwas fahren (15-20min). Wer es dunkel zum Schlafen haben muss, müsste sich was zum Abhängen der Fenster mitbringen. Wir haben wegen der Kids im Urlaub schon immer extra was dabei, damit alle erholsam schlafen können.Arne, der Vermieter, ist top ! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Ein Aufenthalt zum Wohlfühlen! Geräumige, saubere, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung! Freundlicher Empfang, traumhafte Lage zu einem vergleichsweise ruhigen Strand mit guter Wasserqualität. Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist 15 Min. entfernt, aber das war kein Problem.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war einfach großartig! Alles war sehr sauber, und die Aussicht war fantastisch. Wir waren zwei Familien mit insgesamt sechs Personen und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet – es war wirklich alles da: ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck für alle, Salz, Pfeffer, Tee und vieles mehr. Auch ein Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach war vorhanden.Tagsüber waren wir an einem wunderschönen Strand, der leicht erreichbar war. Abends haben die Jugendlichen gemütlich Netflix geschaut. Alles war perfekt organisiert. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sind absolut zufrieden und hatten hier eine wunderschöne Zeit. Vielen Dank!

Ein Ort zum Enspannen

Wir haben eine Woche in Groß Schwansee verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und ordentlich und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Morgens steht man mit der Sonne auf, abends kann man beim Kaminfeuer bis in die Nacht vorbeifahrende Schiffe beobachten. Es ist ein sehr ruhiger Ort, schön um gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen, viele Spiele zu spielen und Gespräche zu führen. Die Natur und der lange sauberer Strand lädt zum Verweilen und Spazieren ein. Wer ganz viel Entspannung sucht wird hier definitiv fündig.

Ruhe und Erholung

Arne, unser Gastgeber ist ein sehr freundlicher Mensch und war jederzeit erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung ist traumhaft ruhig und nah am Strand gelegen. Wer sich erholen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Die Aufteilung der Räume war für uns 6 Personen wirklich wunderbar und wir haben alle sehr gut geschlafen. Vielen Dank für ein paar entspannte Tage.

Abseits vom Trubel

Wer Ruhe und Frieden sucht ist in dieser schönen Wohnung genau richtig. In ein paar Minuten ist man zum Strand gelaufen ( Bollerwagen nicht vergessen ) und kann sich abseits allen Trubels entspannen. Die Wohnung selber lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem und durch die beiden Bäder kommt man auch mit zwei Familien gut zurecht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne einmal wieder.

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Die Ferienwohnung ist super. Der Vermieter sehr sympathisch. Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind vor Ort und hatten alle genug Platz . Der Ausblick aus dem Wohn/Essbereich ist klasse... ein Fernglas steht bereit. Der Weg zum Strand ist sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Wetter war super. Also alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Schöne Wohnung mit Aussicht

Wer im Urlaub wie wir eine komfortable, großzügige Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick in die wunderschöne Landschaft und in sehr ruhiger Umgebung sucht, ist hier richtig! Wir hatten dort sechs sehr angenehme Spätsommerurlaubstage und konnten auch den für die Feriengäste vorhandenen hübschen Gartenplatz unterm Birnbaum nutzen.

Beste Ferienwohnung an der Ostsse

Wir können uns den vorangegangenen Bewertungen zu 100 % anschließen. Unsere bisher beste Ferienwohnung an der Ostsee - ruhig gelegen, strandnah, superschön, sauber, sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet sowie toll ausgestattet. Uns fehlte es buchstäblich an Nichts. Das große Fenster mit dirkektem Blick auf die Ostsee (hier wurde sogar an ein Fernglas zum beobachten der Fähren gedacht) hat uns allen aber vor allen den Kindern richtig gut gefallen. Überhaupt haben uns die vielen liebevollen Details wie die Bilder von der Ostseeküste, die bemalten Steine, die tolle Bücher (auch hier wurde wieder an die Kinder gedacht), der kleine Blumenstrauß sowie der selbstgemachter Apfelsaft als Begrüßung den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und entspannt. Ein großes Dankeschön auch nochmals für das spontane Fußballspiel im Garten, unseren Jungs hat es sehr viel Spaß gemacht! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können Wohnung sowie Vermieter auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Wohnung mit super Aussicht und Nähe zum Strand

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in Neu Schwansee. Die Aussicht vom Esszimmertisch aufs Meer ist einmalig. Die Lage ist mega ruhig und der Weg an den Naturstrand ist kurz.
